My name is Joshua, and I’m the owner and operator of Preferred Heating and Air. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and tell you a little about who we are and why this business means so much to me.
I’ve been blessed to call Hazlehurst Georgia, my hone, throughout my life. This is where I grew up, where I went to school, where I’ve built my life, and where I’ve had the privilege of raising all 4 of my beautiful children. This community has given my family so much over the years, and being able to serve the same people and families I’ve known and loved for so long is something I truly value.
I’ve been serving in the heating and air business for around 15 years, and throughout those years, I’ve learned that this work is about much more than fixing an air conditioner or getting a heater back up and running. It’s about being someone people can count on when they need help, especially when something goes wrong at home.
My faith, my family, and my community are a big part of who I am. As a God fearing, family man, I believe in treating people with honesty, respect, and kindness. I believe in doing what I say I’m going to do, standing behind my work, and treating every customer’s home like I would want someone to treat my own.
